Principal Iain  Johnstone  has  over 40 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant acting for a wide range of businesses in a variety of  sectors both nationally and internationally. His focus on corporate transactions over many years has included many business sectors, including FCA regulated entities. He has acted for a number of FCA regulated firms and Financial Institutions. His experience with SME companies covers a wide range of businesses and types with extensive involvement in transactional work and Business Valuations in particular.
